A system for hotel guest requests

Your front desk
shouldn’t be
a call centre.

Guests scan an in-room QR code, which opens Pikolee in their mobile browser — no app or account needed — and send a structured request. Staff handle it from one clear dashboard.

  • Fewer requests relayed through the front desk
  • Requests in one place
  • Clear visibility of completion

Guests can see what they can request

  • Towels

Guests can see the available service and request fresh towels in one place.

  • Room cleaning

Guests can request room cleaning without calling the front desk.

  • Amenities

Guests can request additional amenities or essentials for their room.

  • Report a problem

Guests report a problem from their room so the hotel can start handling it.

How it works

  1. Open the hotel services

Guests scan the in-room QR code and Pikolee opens in their mobile browser, with no app download or registration.

  2. Choose what you need

Guests choose an available service, such as towels, room cleaning, amenities or reporting a problem.

  3. The hotel receives the request

Your staff see it in one dashboard and can mark it as completed once it has been handled.

What your hotel gains

Pikolee connects a simple guest request flow with one clear dashboard for hotel staff.

  • For guests

    • In-room QR code
    • No app download or account
    • Towels, room cleaning or reporting a problem
  • For staff

    • Hotel requests in one dashboard
    • Room number and request type shown on every record
    • Staff can mark a request as completed once it has been handled
  • For hotel operations

    • One structured way to submit requests
    • A clear view of what is new and what is completed
    • Helps reduce manual handovers between channels

Managed pilot partnership

Pilot partnership

We are preparing a managed pilot with our first independent hotel partners.

We will define the scope together based on your hotel’s operations.

  1. See whether there is a fit

First, we will map how your hotel currently handles recurring guest requests and whether Pikolee is suitable for that workflow.

  2. Agree on the pilot scope

We will agree which part of your hotel operation will be involved and what the pilot needs to validate.

  3. Review the results together

With the participating staff, we will collect structured operational feedback, review the findings and agree on the most appropriate next step.

Who the pilot is for

Pikolee is most relevant to independent hotels that currently handle routine guest requests manually through the front desk.

A pilot is a good fit for a hotel that:

  • Handles routine guest requests through the front desk, by phone or in person.
  • Has to relay requests manually to other staff.
  • Involves several staff members or roles in fulfilling requests.
  • Has a responsible person who can coordinate the pilot.
  • Can involve real staff and provide structured operational feedback.

A pilot is not yet a fit for a hotel that:

  • Requires PMS integration before deployment.
  • Expects a complete system for the entire hotel operation.
  • Already uses a solution that covers this process effectively.
  • Has no responsible person available to coordinate the pilot.
  • Cannot involve staff and provide operational feedback.

Could Pikolee work for your hotel?

Share a few basic details about your hotel. We will get in touch and discuss whether a pilot partnership would be a good fit.
